3:15 – 3:30 Guest check-in at Holistic Haven; serving organic chai and ginger tea
3:30 – 5:00 Practical meditation instruction, visualization and intention setting exercises
5:00 – 5:15 Drive 10-minutes to the Chopra Center located at The Omni La Costa Resort and Spa; provide own transportation
5:15 – 6:00 Explore and shop at the Chopra Center book and gift store; candles, jewelry, bath and beauty, teas, spices, supplements, books, music, yoga and meditation accessories.
6:00 – 6:30 Guided community meditation in the exclusive Chopra Center meditation room
